We were introduced to Kraig through IT by Design, one of our strategic business partners based out of New Jersey. Like us, IT by Design specializes in providing Managed IT Services to businesses. Through their success, and following their “Sharing is Caring” mantra, they also extend access to their experienced IT Professionals through sub-contracts to other Managed Service Providers.
They hand-picked Kraig from their team and after reviewing his resume and interviewing him we knew he would be a good fit for Garner IT.
Kraig has over 10 years’ experience providing Client Support and maintaining business IT systems. He started his professional career as Client Tech Support Sr. Associate with Dell, where he provided remote technical support to Dell consumers in the US and Canada. He later transitioned to HCL computers as Senior Technical Specialist, where he supported clients such as Electrolux, H&M and Nokia business users.
Wanting to further his career and challenge himself, he obtained a Senior Help Desk Specialist position with IT by Design, where he learned how to utilize the skills he gained at Dell and HCL to support small and medium businesses.
Kraig was born and raised in the capital city of India, New Delhi. He completed secondary school in 2004 and went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Delhi in 2008.
Kraig describes himself as “a fun-loving person” who enjoys time with his family and having fun with friends on the weekend. When he’s not solving computer problems for people, he loves to travel and explore new places. He enjoys playing outdoor sports and played soccer for Delhi University while pursuing his Bachelor of Arts degree!
Kraig is an animal lover at heart and loves taking care of his 2 dogs (Bella and Tyson). 😊
