Randall Garner is president of Garner IT Consulting. His goal is to earn the trust of small businesses by providing them with strategic, proactive information technology management. He understands that helping his clients garner their business goals is the only way Garner IT and his team can achieve their goals. He believes that trust and quality service are the primary keys to any business partnership.
After graduation from Vernon High School as Co-Salutatorian, Randall earned a degree in Computer Engineering Technology, was presented with the “Student of the Year” award for his program, and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Gulf Coast State College (GCSC). He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, as well as an IT Professional, Technology Specialist, System Administrator, and Desktop Support Technician. Mr. Garner is also certified for computer security by the international Computing Technology Industry Association. This certification is approved by the U.S. Department of Defense.
Julie is a professional who has her priorities straight. Family comes first; serving her neighbors is second. Abraham Lincoln once said, “I like to see a man proud of the place in which he lives.” If the president could have met Julie, he would have modified his quote to include “or a woman.” Julie wants Garner IT Consulting to succeed, and that success is predicated upon the success of the businesses they serve.
Julie enjoys working closely with her clients. Watching her community’s businesses grow is something she truly enjoys. She embraces the “abundance mentality” essential to the Win/Win philosophy of the late Stephen Covey. It’s the paradigm that there is plenty out there for everybody. Just like her husband Randall, and all of the members of the Garner IT Consulting team, Julie is consistently endeavoring to learn more about the fast-paced field of Information Technology. She wants to always be more proficient at her profession so that she can better meet the needs of community businesses and the medical practitioners of Bay County.
Timothy Garner has been with Garner IT Consulting since early 2011. How the time has flown while he was hard at work! Tim has become proficient at multiple positions throughout his years as Garner IT has grown and progressed in the IT industry in Bay County. Tim maintains the performance of the automated ticketing and internal management system. This is a critically important responsibility. Because of his technical expertise and professionalism, Tim helps keep client troubles to an absolute minimum. He assures that Garner IT’s internal management system is organized and on point. In addition, Tim is continually working to improve our automation and remote management software. The software detects and identifies client problems. And, it performs monitoring, maintenance, and the implementation of updates for our clients’ systems. He is also currently expanding his knowledge and earning critical Microsoft Certifications while working in a supporting role as one of our Help Desk / Service Desk Technicians.Tim is one of the keys to our “managed service” for clients. He knows that quality comes first, and he wants your business to run smoothly. First and foremost, Tim’s a neighbor and friend. He wants to see our area businesses grow and prosper.
Jeff Delmar is Vice President of Technology Services at Garner IT Consulting. As such, he is responsible for ensuring the success of the company’s mission through the ongoing development of the IT service department, our products and solutions.
Jeff has brought a wealth of business knowledge, technical expertise, and technology solutions to Garner IT and our clients. Jeff loves serving people and he’s always ready to step in to fix a problem or lend a hand to our team and our clients in any way needed. However, what really gets Jeff excited is thinking more strategically about business challenges and ways technology can help solve those issues. Once Jeff’s wheels get turning on an idea it’s hard to shut them down, and he’s known to get out of bed – in the middle of the night – when he has to get an idea onto paper, or into his computer.
Roger Leete is our Service Desk Technician. In June 2013 Roger joined our Help Desk. Roger’s primary role is assisting our clients with a wide variety of technology issues. Working closely with Garner IT’s VP of Technology Services, Jeff Delmar, Roger is a key part of our IT Support Team to ensure our clients receive friendly, timely, and effective technology support. Roger’s responsibilities include many activities like monitoring our Network Operations Center and responding to alerts, performing scheduled maintenance of IT systems, installing and updating software, setting up network equipment, and repairing hardware. Roger enjoys the fact that his tasks are different from day to day so he never gets bored in his career. Such is the life of technology … ever changing!
Roger’s father, an engineer, bought him his first computer at a young age and is the one primarily responsible for sparking his passion for computers and technology...
Jamie Godsey is network systems administrator at Garner IT Consulting. His responsibilities include daily server maintenance, installing and configuring server and network infrastructure, assuring consistent uptime and reduced downtime during production hours, and most importantly maintaining up to date backups of all client data. Managing that data for quality control, flawless access, and absolute security are tasks Jamie takes seriously. That’s because, at Garner IT, quality is everything.
Mr. Godsey is the newest member of the Garner IT team, and he’s proud to be onboard. In fact, he says his most important accomplishment to date has been joining the Garner team of professionals. His goal and objectives include becoming better at everything he does, and being a professional that his colleagues and customers can rely on. Jamie holds six different certifications from Microsoft, including a certification as systems engineer. He is also certified by Apple.
As every business grows, its team of dedicated professionals enlarges to better serve clients and customers, friends and neighbors. That’s why, at this time, we are happy to welcome Ms. Kristin Eubanks to our team. She brings with her a strong background in business administration, accounting, and management. She is the professional we wanted to be our new Office Manager, an individual who can tackle myriad other tasks related to the field of information technology.
Kristin Eubanks was born in Tallahassee, Florida. Shortly thereafter the family moved to Panama City in beautiful Bay County where they have remained ever since. Besides wonderful parents, Kristin has two sisters, one older, one younger. Growing up in the Lynn Haven area she is a 2004 graduate of Mosley High School.
Ms. Eubanks is also a graduate of Gulf Coast State College where, in 2013, she earned an Associate in Arts degree in Business Administration.
