One of the ways we ensure we’re taking care of our clients is by providing Customer Satisfaction Surveys upon the close of a support ticket. With a few questions, end-users are able to provide feedback on their satisfaction on how Garner IT’s technicians were able to help resolve the problem. We encourage feedback, both positive and constructive, and we love knowing when we’ve made our clients happy!
